We are unable to offer a Standard Delivery Service for the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and The Highlands & Islands of Scotland. These areas are serviced with a 3-5 working day delivery window and a specific date of delivery can therefore not be defined at checkout. Please note that an extra charge may also be taken for out of area postcodes. For further information, please contact our customer service team.
When the goods arrive, it is your responsibility or the person delegated by you, to check and sign for the goods. Upon signing for the delivery, responsibility for care of the goods passes to you. We therefore urge you to check all items upon delivery and to write on the consignment note if any goods have been damaged.
Please note, signing the delivery company consignment note means that you have received the goods in good condition.
